Phase 1: Site Consultation & Compliance Review
We walk your property to assess the terrain and clearing needs. Early in the process, we perform a Shoreland Zoning and DNR Compliance review to ensure your project meets all local setbacks and regulations.
Phase 2: In-House Design & Drafting
We provide onsite architectural drafting and 3D virtual previews. You will be able to “walk through” your custom design and see exactly how it sits on your land before we ever break ground.
Phase 3: Development & Infrastructure
We handle the “red tape” and permitting while our crews manage the heavy site work: tree clearing, driveway establishment, and well/septic installation.
Phase 4: Construction & Management
We manage the construction of your custom home through to the final deep clean. We deliver a truly turn-key experience, ensuring your home is built with the highest standards of quality and value.
