I have had the opportunity to build with Modern Living Concepts custom homes and the experience was fantastic.
We were on a very tight building schedule and despite the fact that it rained the entire first month of the project, he finished the project and we moved in 11 weeks later!
The main reason for the quick build was Bryan’s ability to coordinate the project so well. Materials and subcontractors never slowed the build, because of his attention to details and he always looked well enough in advance to keep things moving.
I was especially pleased with how he paid close attention to the manufactures warranties and followed them so to assure the entire house was built to the highest standard. Bryan’s organization and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence throughout the entire project.
The most shocking thing happened, however, AFTER the final check was cut. He showed up to see that everything was working properly and if there was anything he needed to fix!
He was proactive and that is a VERY rare quality in the construction trade.

This home was built with an open floor plan concept, with a whole lot of storage and natural light planned into the design.
The Kitchen features an island with pot rack above for easy access to cooking supplies and to free-up cupboard space, with room for seating at the island and a built in desk for convenience.
2 living areas, one formal with a fireplace to relax in front of, huge windows with transoms to maximize the light while showcasing the vaulted ceilings, huge walk-in pantry also maximizing storage freeing up kitchen cupboard space. 2 bedrooms on each side of the home, master suite & bedroom 2 on one end and bed 3 & 4 on the other & a centrally located laundry and mud room for convenience.
