How do we get started?
We are here to guide you every step of the way, making sure you are always informed of the price, and project schedule throughout your unique home building experience.
Phase 1: Design, Pricing & Planning
Call us to set up a meeting we will go over Client and Builder expectations, your wants & needs, Scheduling, Budget and Design.
We will design and edit your blueprints in a timely manner, working with you via phone or email re-working your Blueprints until you are happy with your home design.
Then we move onto the next step of what you would love to have in your home Ex: roofing material, siding, windows, flooring, fixtures, countertops, cabinets and other built-ins, after we have completed the look & feel of your home.
We move onto getting your project priced, getting you an accurate cost so there are no surprises along the way.
Phase 2: During the Construction of Your Home
Our job is Managing and scheduling each step so your new home project is continually moving forward.
We Keep a close eye on Quality Control, making sure each home design is perfect for you; checking and approving the craftsmanship of our contractors. We make sure the project is always professional & stress-free for you our client.
Finally, managing day to day operations, providing a smooth transition from one step to the next.
Phase 3: The Completion of Your New Home
During this phase we provide thorough pre-inspection, a deep cleaning & polish for each of our Custom Homes.
After or during the cleaning phase, The Client and Builder inspection & final walk-through is done with us, making sure that you love your new home, we will note anything that needs extra attention or changes, we will take care of and complete the concerns for you.
After this phase, we include all of our excellent warranty’s, most above standard, that will last.
After the warranty period is over, we still keep an open line of communication with you, we always love hearing from our clients if you have questions or concerns, we will help any way that we can.
Where can you build your Custom Home?
We Build on the lot of your choice, in and around “Lakes Country,” near Detroit Lakes, MN.
Some areas include:
Detroit Lakes, Audubon, Lake Park, Cormorant, Hawley, Rollag
Richwood, Richville, Osage, Wolf Lake, Dunvilla, Pelican Rapids, Erhard
Vergas, Frazee, Dent, Perham, Ottertail, Rochert & Moorhead, MN (These are a few of the locations we build in)
We try to stay within 30 Miles of Detroit Lakes to keep your and our costs down, we have made exceptions to this rule in the past.
If you are not sure about our service area or not sure if we build in your desired location, just ask us, we may be able to accommodate you.
If not, we pride ourselves with being upfront and honest right from the start, we may be able to recommend a builder that does service an area we may not build in.

We keep up with the current regulations and restrictions for every location, we always meet – but normally exceed the code standard.
