New Home Construction, Company Owners and Project Manager, Bryan Schoenberger and Marketing Manager Jessy Jepson. Bryan spent most of his childhood in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, he has worked in Construction, and the building industry for more than 39 years.
In 2004 Bryan established a successful Construction Company “Pike Creek Builders LLC” in Little Falls MN.
Then in 2007 when Bryan met Jessy & returned to his hometown, he brought Pike Creek Builders with him, then added a new branch to his Construction Company. They named Modern Living Concepts (MLC) Custom Homes.
Bryan and Jessy created MLC Custom Homes to bring something truly unique to the Lakes Area – To give Customers a Beautiful Custom Built Home, that will be Affordable, Energy Efficient, and to stay “within” the budget our clients have to work with!

We Custom Design all of our homes with Chief Architect Premier drawing software. You will be able to view your new home inside and out before we even break ground.
With our 3D design we can place furniture, appliances, wall hangings as well as show you custom colors and materials.
