Getting Started: Introduction to the Home Designing and Building Process

Phase 1: Design, Pricing, & Planning

Call us to set up a meeting. We will cover client and builder expectations, your design ideas, budget, and timelines. After this meeting we begin drafting the blueprints, re-working your plans until you are completely satisfied.

Once the building plans have been established, we move on to choosing materials and finishes. These include roofing materials, siding, windows, flooring, countertops, cabinets, trim and fixtures. This information will help us calculate an accurate price of your project and avoid any surprises along the way.

Phase 2: Permitting, Scheduling, & Construction

Our job is to schedule, manage and oversee each step of the building process to ensure the quality and timeliness of your project. We closely monitor the craftsmanship of our subcontractors and tradesmen. It is our goal to provide you with a professional and stress-free home building experience.

Phase 3: Completion of the Project

Once your home is built, we begin the completion phase with a thorough pre-inspection. At this time any issues are corrected by the subcontractors and the building inspector signs off on the project.

Then your home gets its first deep cleaning in preparation for the Client & Builder walk through. At this time, we walk through your new home together and address anything that needs extra attention or changes. We will take care of and cover all your concerns.

All our homes come with an industry-leading warranty, ensuring that you will be delighted with your new home for many years to come. Even after the warranty has expired, we maintain a relationship with our clients and continue servicing their homes.
